Our Students Care About Reading (OSCAR)
Family Reading Night under the direction of Miss Barbie Gorgo, Mrs. Lisa Jordan and Mrs. Maryann Preziosi was a huge success! Over 200 people attended the event to celebrate Reading in our schools. Students, Parents and Guests walked down the RED CARPET to the many activities. Special Thanks to the Teachers and Staff who helped make this event an evening to remember! Activities included Book Bingo,Hollywood Squares,Holly-READ, Reading with the Stars, Jeopardy, Are you Smarter than a Fifth Grader, Number Clue Investigation (NCIS), Scattegories and Shape of with the Stars. Following the events, an Awards Ceremony was held in the cafeteria and everyone enjoyed the huge Six Foot Hoagies!
